Wednesday, 24 February 2010 08:34

Nacional and Mexico's Morelia drew 0-0 at dawn today in the Group 6 match of the Copa Libertadores de America 2010, held at the stadium Morelos. With the draw, Nacional reached four points and Morelia scored the first. Banfield leads the group with six points and Deportivo Cuenca is last with zero points. Thus Nacional ranks second in the group.
National went out to play the first half with a cautious attitude and Morelia offered no arguments to find the edge, yet the Monarchs had two clear chances in front of the goalkeeper Rodrigo Munoz, but both were squandered. During the second half, Morelia people huddled in front, checking out the defense, but could not generate offensive game and the best times of danger were made by Nacional, which also was not successful in the last touch.
