On Monday, the International Law Professor and Chancellor of Uruguay in Lacalle’s government and Uruguayan Ambassador in France in the government of Vázquez, Héctor Gross Espiell, died.

He was also part of the defense of Uruguay in The Hague Court on the issue of Botnia and roadblocks during Vázquez government.
