Wednesday, 03 February 2010 08:03

On Tuesday, on several farms in Nueva Palmira - Colonia, Aegipty Aedes mosquito larvae, vectors of dengue, were found. The larval survey completed in the last hours in this place yielded positive data that opened up a new alert in the area.

In this city of Colonia was registered, only 15 days ago, the first imported case of Dengue this year in a 24 year-old who contracted the disease in Venezuela.

The authorities will make a massive spraying in affected areas, next week.
