Today Economy Minister Álvaro García will be questioned in parliament by Nacional Party Deputy Álvaro Lorenzo. Lorenzo called for García’s appearance due to a "mountain of contracts" carried out by the State over the past year.

Lorenzo noted that in that period there were 1,460 public contracts, which were conducted in different modalities. He also said that most of the contracts have observations made by the Accounts Tribunal.
