The criminal lawyer and legal representative of Tenfield and Casal, Carlos Curbello Tammaro, is imprisoned in COMCAR for being linked to laundering of assets from a network of Colombian drug traffickers.

There are more people being prosecuted and it is expected to be more subpoenas to testify. Some people involved reduced their sentences by choosing to collaborate in the investigation.
