On Friday, state mobile telephone company ANCEL will offer a new service to geographically locate those carrying mobile phones with the prior consent of users.

To use this service, only a mobile phone is needed, since the search is performed through text messages, multimedia and internet.

In addition, the BSE state insurance company will offer insurance to cover mobile phone users against theft and material damage.
